Building on 25 years of expertise in vacuum drying, Gen 4 advances include a streamlined touchscreen interface, simplified operation, and an expansion of the ULTRA portfolio to fill critical throughput gaps—reinforcing Maguire’s vacuum dryers' reputation for unrivaled energy efficiency, rapid ROI, and measurable productivity gains.
Expanded Product Portfolio
With the launch of Gen 4, the ULTRA range grows from four to seven models, offering processors unmatched flexibility to select the right-sized solution for any application.
New models include:
- ULTRA 150E — maximum throughput of 165 lb/hr (75 kg/hr)
- ULTRA 300E — maximum throughput of 285 lb/hr (130 kg/hr)
- ULTRA-300+ — maximum throughput of 440 lb/hr (200 kg/hr)
The ULTRA-300+ is engineered for higher throughput, filling the throughput gap between the ULTRA 300 and the ULTRA 600. It features an optimized design with a larger heating hopper, more powerful heating elements, and an upgraded blower. This model was built with ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Molding) applications in mind—particularly top-end lines running up to 400 lb/hr (180 kg/h)—it delivers the speed, precision, and flexibility required for specialized PET production in cosmetics, pharma, and personal care packaging.
Featured models on the K 2025 stand include the new ULTRA-300+, ULTRA-150, ULTRA-300, ULTRA-600, and the LPD-30.
